Was Sie tun möchten:

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Ermittlungsaufgabe im Backoffice, zu der auch Gespräche mit einigen Kunden gehören. Zu Ihren Aufgaben in dieser Rolle gehören:

• Direkter Kontakt zu unseren Kunden, um Rückbuchungsanfragen zu klären

• Untersuchung und Recherche von Kreditkartenrückbuchungsstreitigkeiten zur Erstellung von Streitfällen zur Rückforderung von Geldern

• Validierung interner Daten und Daten Dritter, um geeignete Ergebnisse zu ermitteln

• Arbeiten am Computer und Nutzung unserer hauseigenen Systeme, um den besten Kundenservice bieten zu können

Sie erhalten eine umfassende Schulung, die Sie darauf vorbereitet, alle Finanzvorschriften einzuhalten, um die erforderlichen Standards zu erfüllen und die monatlichen Ziele zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Vorherige Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Position im Backoffice

• Gute PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word und Excel

Std:

• 40 hours per week,Montag – Freitag – 08:00 – 16:30 Uh
