Position Details

We are seeking a functional expert with excellent coaching abilities to lead the SAP Functional Analyst Chapter. Based in Belgium, you will be working as a member of a dynamic team that is responsible for end-to-end delivery of our SAP Order to Cash ecosystem within Swift. Responsibilities:
Lead the Chapter’s craftmanship evolution (developing and steering the Chapter members on the ‘how’)
Foster a collaborative environment where chapter members can freely exchange knowledge and ideas, promoting the growth and improvement of Functional Analysis practices throughout the organization.
Mentor the members of the chapter on their personal development and growth path, facilitate their performance reviews, and conduct regular performance dialogues
Foster a diverse and skilled workforce, continuously improving existing capabilities or developing new ones based on the organization’s requirements.
Hire and onboard new chapter members
Contribute to the organization’s strategy and vision, by offering a broad range of ideas regarding requirements, trends, and business needs.
Define, analyze, validate and maintain functional requirements.
Validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment.
Understand technological trends in own area of responsibility and apply this knowledge to bring solutions to the customers
Challenge the status quo, and think out of the box for alternative/most efficient solutions
Qualifications:

Experience of working in environments involving software engineering.
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Knowledge in collaborative tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) will be an advantage
University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Prior experience as a Functional Analyst within SAP SD, FI.
Knowledge in SAP BRIM and SAP S4/HANA is an added advantage.
Previous experience as people manager is a plus
Knowledge/Experience in Agile processes will be an advantage
