Do you want to be part of our story? Join our team!What will you do?Te responsabilizarás, junto al resto del equipo Comercial y directores de Hotel, de:– A nivel general:

  • Aplicar y desarrollar la estrategia comercial y de distribución online definida por el Grupo.
  • Analizar y conocer el mercado y la competencia existente y potencial, proponiendo acciones que permitan aumentar la cuota de mercado, pricing y el posicionamiento de cada uno de los Hoteles en sus respectivos destinos, y detectando oportunidades para el crecimiento de la cuota online, con especial énfasis en el canal propio

-A nivel detalle:

  • Analizar e interpretar, junto con el equipo comercial, las fuentes externas e internas de información, con especial énfasis en nuestro RMS PowerBI.
  • Analizar el hotel junto con el equipo comercial y la figura de Revenue Manager en PowerBI será parte esencial de tu tiempo. Deberás conocer las tendencias de todos los segmentos, canales, clientes, mercados, tipos de habitaciones, regímenes, estancias por tipo de pax…, sabiendo navegar entre diferentes escenarios (LIBROS, LAA, RAA, BUD…).
  • Ser dinámico en la gestión de canales de venta.
  • Mantenimiento y mejora de nuestro CRS Synxis, de las extranets de OTAs, y del resto de players con los que trabaje cada hotel.
  • Control de paridad, para que nuestro canal directo Barcelo.com SIEMPRE tenga las mejores condiciones de venta.
  • Control de contenido para una correta distribución tanto en canal propio cómo resto de OTA-s y cuentas online con las que trabaja tú hotel.
  • Mantener relación directa con las principales cuentas de la Compañía en la zona de actuación
  • En definitiva, asegurar el crecimiento en los principales KPIs corporativos, tales como Ocup%, ADR, REVPAR, TREVPAR, TREVPOR, Upselling y Crosselling, con especial foco en la protección de las cuotas de venta directa de Barcelo.com y Call Center.

What are we looking for?

  • Diplomatura Hostelería/Turismo o asimilado. Master en Revenue Management será valorable.
  • Idiomas: inglés.
  • Ofimática: Imprescindible Office, Power BI, manejo de extranets y CRS Sabre Synsis, PMS QUOTEL, Review Pro, NOR1, BEFOCUS y conocimientos básicos de Marketing on line serán muy valorables.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamentos comerciales o rerservas.
  • Nos demuestres actitudes comerciales y clara orientación a resultados.
  • Necesitarás excelentes habilidades capacidad de organización.
  • Perfil analítico.
