The role is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and reports to the Clinical, Medical, Regulatory & Quality Director.
The position
As a Change Medical Advisor, you will have a crucial role in transformational change, where you’ll need to act as a bridge to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will be a trusted partner to provide focus in our activities to deliver on what is most important, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and communicate medical narrative and lead scientific exchange. Moreover, you will be responsible to obtain insights to understand stakeholder’s needs and strategically integrate insights.
Your main accountabilities will be to:
-Build strong partnership in securing cross-functional projects execution readiness
-Have interactions with external stakeholders to gain insights into their and patient needs and provide guidance to communication, actions, decisions, and goals of local organisation
-Drive external and internal medical communication, education, and guidance and engage in scientific dialogue with KOLs, HCPs, medical associations to inform decisions in relation to medical therapies
-Provide learning to relevant internal stakeholders and enable their alignement in order to speak with one voice, and prepare cross functionally aligned engagement plans for external stakeholders
-Prepare local materials and ensure local review and approval, prepare for dialog with customers, and communicate diligently, clearly, transparently, promptly, and professionally.
Qualifications
As a Change Medical Advisor, you need to have at least 2 years experience in health related system or pharmaceutical company. In addition, you need to have a university degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
-Experience with relevant therapy areas will be an added advantage (e.g. diabetes, endocrinology, cardiovascular, etc.)
-Demonstrated experience in KOLs, HCPs or medical community engage
-Excellent medical communication skills and understanding of different therapy areas and phases of the product lifecycle
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Slovenian and good oral and written communication skills in English
-Skills for innovating in a changing environment
-High ethical standards to work compliantly
