One of our Private Clients, specialised in the banking sector is looking for a Change Manager, with 8+ years of experience working in a collection environment, to join a contract opportunity of 12 months in Bruxelles/ Brussels – hybrid working

Work location: Brussels (expectation 50% on-site & 50% remote)

Language requirement:

* Essential: Dutch, French & English- the nature of the role requires candidates to be fluent in all 3 languages

Essential experience

* In depth knowledge of collection & recoveries business (8+ years)
* Proven record in managing collection team
* Proven track record of change management and coaching
* Technical skills: Knowledge of AS400 and Miles tools
