Role Overview:

A historic company specializing in fertilizer production is seeking a CFO to lead its financial operations. This role includes financial strategy, reporting, audits, compliance, and managing bank relationships. The CFO will collaborate with the executive team, oversee cash flow, working capital, and ensure legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and present financial and tax strategy to the Board

* Lead financial planning and analysis efforts

* Manage cash flow, audits, and ensure compliance

* Oversee monthly reports, budgeting, and KPIs

* Maintain relationships with banks and public operators

Qualifications:

* 4-7 years of experience as CFO or Deputy CFO in a manufacturing environment

* Strong finance-based analytical skills, with knowledge of management control

* Experience managing an accounting team
