Certification Officer for Global Textile Certification Firm

Our client, a globally recognized leader in textile and leather product certification, is seeking a Certification Officer to join their esteemed team in Ghent, Belgium. Responsibilities:

* Communicate with clients, conduct audits both domestically and internationally, and prepare quotations to support the certification of products and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Coordinate with other departments and laboratories to complete the certification process, ensuring a seamless workflow and providing comprehensive support to clients.
* Foster customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction, from guiding them through certification procedures to resolving complaints and supporting certificate renewals.

Requirements:

* A scientific background with a strong preference for administrative tasks.
* Ability to work independently, with meticulous, accurate, and structured work habits.
* Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, fluency in Dutch and English, and preferably some knowledge of French, along with an affinity for textiles.
