Role Responsibilities

In the role of Certification Client Contact, you will:

– Manage customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while aligning with the company’s mission to deliver quality service.

– Prepare accurate quotations and certification reports, thereby contributing to the organization’s operational success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

– A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Textile Biotechnology, or Environment, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

– Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, enabling effective communication and collaboration.

– Strong organizational and communication skills, with familiarity in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), to handle multiple tasks meticulously.
