• Soliciting, understanding and documenting the customer’s testing requirements and workflows.
• Assessing the scope, effort and time of the requested deliverables.
• Raising impediments and seeking support if needed.
• Actively suggesting improvement opportunities (both technical & process).
• Working with a diverse, hybrid team to deliver agreed milestones.
• Explaining the requirements and priorities to the Testing CC team implementing the testing roadmap.
• Explaining the delivered solution to both development & QA teams (technical level) and management (high level).
• Support the growing demand for quality assurance in software delivery.
• Optimize software delivery pipelines by ensuring built-in testing capabilities.
• Work alongside the Testing CC team to deliver the Testing roadmap.
• Work with DevOps team peers: the CI/CD Lead and Support team.
• Be a contact point and enable our user community: software developers, QA and POS supporting various business units.
• Work with Infrastructure, DBA and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Work with Data, Cyber Security and Compliancy teams to ensure security & privacy by design.

What you bring to the team

• Thorough understanding of test engineering, test management, test governance.
• Broad, hands-on knowledge on various testing tools and platforms.
• Understanding of DevOps best practices (shift-left & shift-right).
• Familiar with Agile methodology and (Scrum) rituals & usage of Kanban
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Tester/QA responsible.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
