You will take responsibility for ensuring that the administrative aspects of HRWs projects are fully supported and owned to enable the research teams to focus on delivery of expertise.Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing admin support to project teams including set up of key mtgs, creating project folders and supporting with client meetings
  • Supporting with resource booking requests and management throughout projects
  • Reconciliations, tracking, monitoring and recording project finances
  • Supporting pre- project costings at pre-bid stage
  • Monitoring of HRW external mailbox
  • Ensuring delivery of a wider variety of central administration tasks and processes through to completion

It is vital that you can respond to a variety of requests quickly and efficiently with strong planning and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.RequirementsWe are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about learning and developing and will strive to continuously improve their skill-set. You will be fully supported as your experience grows and progression through professional qualifications can be offered through a Business and Administration apprenticeship programme.
