Position descriptionJob titleCenter Of Excellence Lead Data & AIFunctionAdvisory – ManagerRoles & ResponsibilitiesAs the COE Lead for Data & AI within the Lighthouse team at KPMG Belgium, your role is to establish governance for Data & AI-related initiatives. You will lead us in the development of new, innovative solutions, and products.

• You will be responsible for product planning, defining future product portfolio that synchronizes with KPMG’s internal demands, our clients’ diverse needs, and global market trends to work towards our mission to embed data and AI in everything we do.Define project approaches, structure project teams, elaborate project/program demand to effectively manage new developments and data and AI-related initiatives.
• You will be responsible for the execution of delivery plans with attention to budget and resource planning.
• You will be responsible to provide regular reporting on the performance of the unit and to show contribution to the mission of KPMG and the Lighthouse.
• Adapt to various contexts, working together with functional teams, technology and sector experts within KPMG, listen to their challenge and think about (innovative) solutions and products to empower their growth with data and AI.
• Directly coach, mentor and manage team members to ensure professional growth and efficient operation.
• Implementing a proactive & pragmatic approach towards challenges that arise, devising effective strategies to overcome them while maintaining the standard of output.

In addition, you also feature the following qualifications:You have acquired more than 6 years of relevant experience in a related position, preferably within a consulting organization.You are familiar with product management in the area of data and AI, along with a solid understanding of emerging technologies, software development processes, UX design …You have proven experience in managing and mentoring a team, ensuring both the personal growth of team members and the achievement of project objectives.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with various stakeholders, including functional teams, tech experts, and executives.You are well organized, pro-active and solution oriented in nature with a “getting things done” mindset.You are an enthusiastic person, fostering creativity and innovative thinking.You are willing to contribute to a fast-growing environment and company culture.You speak fluently English and Dutch or French. • Familiarity with the following technologies & methods is a plus:

• Azure DevOps

• Microsoft SharePoint / Lists

• Microsoft Forms & Sites

• Kanaban

• Agile SAFe or Scrum
