As our Senior Manager for Global Learning Programs in Leadership & Management, you‘re a key team member who helps create a learning culture that accelerates the growth of our people and our business. You are passionate about implementing learning best practices, creating impactful content, and empowering our people to be their best selves and delight our customers. You are part of the Global HR team, working out of our Headquarters in Neuilly, and you report directly to our Global Learning Director.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
-Leverage existing content, program and resources to design common impactful learning program or initiatives with a strong emphasis on blended journey approach (workshops, e-learning, video learning, podcasts and other digital learning assets, etc.) and act as project manager to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools.
-Drive the recurring annual leadership program cohorts and animate alumni community with an upskilling and inspiring learning and development journey embed our leadership culture and content.
-Drive learning innovation by being connected to international learning tendencies.
-Animate an HR learning community around management and leadership content.
-Partner with LVMH House Executive Development team for selection and enrollment in development programs
-Track and monitor KPIs and impact of learning strategies and programs globally.
-Set up and manage an external learning advisory group.

-10-15 years of experience in international environments preferably in large corporates or consulting firms.
-A very strong understanding of the Learning and Development and Talent Development space.
-The ability to take ownership and drive projects from beginning to end, but also of seeing them in the context of a bigger picture that includes the broader HR and business strategy.
-The ability build relationships with stakeholders in decentralized, matrix, multicultural environments.
-Strong organizational skills, intellectual curiosity and self-drive
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
-Fluency in professional English. French is a great plus but not mandatory.
The position is based in our headquarters in Neuilly-sur-Seine, just outside Paris. It will be open for applications until 26 January 2025.
