At a glance

  • Short term contract – Full time

  • Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux (92)

  • BAC+5 business school/university education with Minimum 4 years of working experience, with at 2 to 3 years minimum in marketing.

  • A remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary over 13 months, a variable salary, profit-sharing and a share in the company’s results, as well as numerous other benefits

Our offer

Become part of a dynamic innovation team in an international business unit. As the Marketing Innovation Manager, you will play a key role in developing the innovation pipeline by leading ideation sessions, designing new concepts, prototyping beverages, and conducting consumer tests. Your responsibility will be to ensure a consumer-centric mindset and contribute to the Business Specific Strategies of the French Business Unit. Additionally, you will collaborate with local Perrier teams in the US, France, Canada, and China to align the innovation strategy.

Your day-to-day tasks

  • He/She contributes to define the IR ETE strategy of the brand under his/her responsibility in line with brand strategy, Opportunity Areas of SBU, and TOPAZ segmentation.

  • He/She actively contributes to prepare and manage the innovation journey for his/her brands (Perrier guidelines & H2 strat days, FBU council, inno days…)

  • He/She contributes to define the 4 years IR pipeline of his/her brands => identify and formalize IR business opportunities and generates ideation and new concepts.

  • He/She is a core member of the Project : ensures the brand strategy and consumer centricity is embedded.

  • He/she secures concept and sensory consumer test with the Consumer Insight Manager

  • He/She is responsible for prototyping with PTC (or dedecated agency) to make the concepts alive

  • He/She partners with Project Manager to develop the project from concept to launch through I2L process, and continuously seeks to improve methods and promotes agility to accelerate innovation.

  • He/She partners with Brand & CDT teams to manage packaging design execution and selling story from concept to reality

  • He/She contributres to track innovation performance to implement corrective action and to adjust/improve/transform learnings into actions

  • Manage PFME & PRO budget of his/her brands, in agreement with the Group Manager

  • She/he manages a 1-year internship
