Program Captainship

-Captain signature global CSR and cause-platform programs, such as “Classes for Confidence” – our free beauty classes serving under-represented or under-privileged communities worldwide – and cause platform engaging consumers across the globe.
-Captain Welcoming Retail programs delivering inclusive retail experiences for under-represented communities, such as “Quiet Hours” – inclusive shopping experience for people identifying as neurodiverse and with sensory sensitivities – and Brave Spaces during Pride Month.
-Coordinate best practices across Sephora’s 35+ markets, serving the needs of local program managers while ensuring a scalable and sustainable program.
Innovation & Communications

-Collaborate with markets to showcase Sephora’s programs and commitments throughout the year.
-Drive consumer facing giving, finding ways for Sephora clients to become involved in our Purpose.
-Drive the development of Global marketing toolkits to ensure all regions have the creative assets, training and guidance they need to activate our Social Impact Programs in local markets.
Community & Cohort Development

-Manage a network of global NGOs and thought leaders aligned with Sephora’s values and priorities.
Employee Engagement and Volunteerism

-Animate key moments of giving back to our communities and builds learning experiences that showcases the diversity of our communities.

Do not hesitate if you have… or if you are …
-7+ years leadership experience at a consumer-facing brand, ideally in CSR, DE&I, corporate philanthropy, innovation, or cause marketing
-Successful track record as a change agent and program manager – captaining a new business, pilot program, or strategic plan with significant cross functional stakeholder management
-Experience working in global settings cutting across multiple business and consumer cultures
-Meaningful experience working with non-profits or public/private collaborations
-Demonstrable passion for social equity, justice, women’s empowerment, and strong
understanding of social issues worldwide
This position is a 4-months mission based in Neuilly sur Seine (Paris area), as of March 2026.
