Would you like to drive business performance, shape and implement our regional and global future strategic direction?Would you like shaping the future of CCUS Services?Join our Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage TeamOur team deliver strategic roadmaps for CCUS, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, manage programs for technology development and lead early customers’ engagement to position innovative solutions.Make a difference in our businessYou will be shaping the future of CCUS Services by setting strategic priorities, driving capital allocation process, leading origination, and execution strategy of inorganic business development opportunities, contributing to definition of technology development roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives.As a CCUS Services Platform Manager, you will be responsible for:Creating the Service strategy, oversee its integration into a larger strategic CCUS roadmap, as well as its execution.Owning deep understanding of Applications and market dynamics and strategic positioning regarding Service approach.Liaising with CCUS GA Platforms and Technology managers, Product leadership, IET service organization, engineering team and segments, being responsible for the coordination of the definition and execution of the new products and services (NPD) by developing dedicated NPD programs and relevant commercialization plans.Liaising with other platform leaders, segments, product leaders and service organization, identifying and defining service operating models and new Service business models, developing relevant business cases: weigh possible organic and inorganic options, discover potential partners and/or targets. Reporting out analysis and options to leadership to support decision making process.Driving execution team across functions and organization with a clear and descriptive set of requirements to ensure delivery according to goal set.Positioning BH as industry player in the CCUS space, participating to conferences, congress, industry events and to foster a company shared knowledge around CCUS value chain and relevant services.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a MSc. in Engineering. MBA will be considered advantageous.Have significant experience in similar jobs – Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial and Service.

Have proven program management and business analysis skills.Have prior experience with a focus on managing technical projects and developing new products.Have proven experience in defining service strategy and driving execution. Knowledge of commissioning, maintenance and operation of process plants is an advantage.Be able to interact with Customers at all levels in the organization and develop customer relationships.Be able to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites or offices.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
