In order to reinforce our Human Resources Team in Belgium, we are looking for a : Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f) 

Areas of responsibility

  • Benefits Administration: Administer and optimize benefits programs, including insurance, pensions, fleet management
  • Continuous improvment of Compensation Programs: Develop/Implement competitive compensation policies, taking into account Belgian market standards.
  • Projects management : be the lead of some new ongoing projects relating the payroll
  • Communication and change management: Transparently communicate about compensation and benefits programs, providing guidance to employees
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Belgian labor legislation regarding compensation and benefits.
  • HR Partner : be the HR partner of our accounting office (20 pers) in order to manage their payroll, the recruitment, …
  • Develop the employer branding of our sites to facilitate the recruitment flow

Key Missions

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be the central point for managing the company’s compensation and benefits programs in Belgium. You will work closely with human resources managers, finance department , and operational departments to ensure a comprehensive and competitive approach to compensation.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social sciences, psychology or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant hard HR experience in an industrial environment
  • Good Dutch, French and English language skills, both oral and written
  • Very good knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • Very good interpersonal skills, active listening and diplomacy
  • Thoroughness and precision
  • Sense of discretion and confidentiality
