Role purpose:

In this role, you will be part of the Soho & SME Marketing Team as Product Manager on micro-business (SoHo) in the Customer Base Team; as such you will be a key contributor in defining the winning strategy for managing the SoHo Customer Base.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and deliver the propositions for our CB including customer experience-based improvements driven by customer insight and commercial needs;
  • Obsess over how our propositions perform for our customers and how they affect key business targets such as churn;
  • Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired Customer experience journeys including a strong digital first mindset for any new enhancements you will be leading, working in collaboration with our Digital Team;
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of rolling CB Campaign commercial initiatives (systems and propositions)

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Responsible for Churn
  • Responsible for Business Logics of prevention/retention actions
  • Campaigns (Upsell, XSell, Prevention, Retention) Design

Key performance indicators:

  • Churn (%)
  • Outflow/SRR Out (€m)
  • NPS

Technical / professional qualifications:

  • Excellent use of Excel
  • Good understanding of TLC & ICT industry
  • Knowledge of SAS is a plus
