Following a significant period of growth, we have recently embarked on a restructure of our team and are now seeking to recruit a Catering Operations Manager to join the Catering senior management team.Reporting to the Head of Catering, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an internal hospitality and events business, multiple internal catering outlets and a branded vending provision in the area of responsibility.You will ensure legal compliance with food safety and health & safety legislation, be an effective and motivational people manager who promotes teamwork and collaboration, have experience in the management of systems to support service delivery and a passion for delivering an excellent all round customer experience.

Potential candidates should have:

• Significant experience managing a large, multi-site catering operation.
• A strong background in hospitality and event management.
• Experienced in successfully leading and implementing programmes of change; developing staff, culture, and systems to support change.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Leadership, motivation, and delegation skills.
