Catalog & E-store Optimizations Senior Specialist

Be the local referent of our online products catalog

-Be the main point of contact for the Region teams
(eg. give insights or alerts about local launches);

-Support the Region on Brand spaces strategy (
in accordance with local priorities); 

-Check translation for priorities and brand launches;
-Manage local Bundles strategy and
implementation;
 

Participate and monitor local e-merchandising optimizations action plan

-Searchandising: actively participate in the continuous improvement of the e-store search experience by providing constructive, data driven and actionable feedback (e.g., name exclusions, compound words, stop words);
-Rankings/reco/perso: manage rules in accordance with local priorities based on regional recommendation in close collaboration with the regional e-store optimization team;
-Ratings and reviews: support the Region to improve the experience and to increase the number of reviews;
-Ensure local competitors benchmarks (new features, tools or key best practices) to share with the Region;
 

Support the web and our customers

-Manage and improve content on website (e.g., contact form, cookies policy, FAQ etc);
-Be the single source of truth for our Customer Service department;
-Take full ownership of Brands and New categories;
 

 

What we need: 

experience with HTML, CMS support of the site (ideally SFCC), knowledge of ecommerce analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics); 

English, Polish
