Chubb is seeking a Senior Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic Casualty team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating and managing liability claims, ensuring a seamless process for our clients. • Evaluate, investigate, and manage liability claims effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate the collection and analysis of the necessary documentation for claims processing.
• Interact with clients, insured parties, and other third parties to obtain relevant information for claims investigation.
• Make decisions regarding coverage of claims and payment of settlements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.
• Meet established deadlines and quality protocols in claims management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and technical, to resolve disputes and assess risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on claims and present recommendations for their future management.
• Stay updated on trends and changes in insurance regulations and claims handling.

Qualifications:Requirements:

• University degree in law, business administration, insurance, or a related field.
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in the Casualty area.
• Solid knowledge of insurance regulations and standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools and claims management software.
