Casual Education Swimming Teacher Job descriptionAre you passionate about teaching children to swim?We are recruiting casual Education Swimming Teachers to join the team to support the delivery of Sheffield’s Primary School Swimming Programme.We would like to hear from you if you already have swimming teaching experience and hold the SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification or equivalent, as well as the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. We will accept the National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches. However, if successful, we would expect you to work towards the RLSS National Pool Lifegaurd Qualification.The successful candidate(s) will work with the swim team to help plan and deliver a series of lessons over a 36-week period to assist the pupils in gaining the National Curruculum requirement for key stage 2 pupils.For informal enquiries please contact Karen Sayles on or .We are investing in our workforce and are promoting opportunities to our under-represented groups.
