Full time 37.5 hours per week
12 months Fixed Term
Salary circa £22,600 Depending on Experience (pro rata)

Role Overview
As Cash Management Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring all payments received into Bupa bank accounts are identified and posted to the relevant customer account. Dealing with a high volume of transactions, your input will be pivotal to ensuring Bupa customer payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
What you’ll do:

Allocate/process cheques and receipts correctly.

Banking all subscriptions cheques

Ensuring all manual Credit card collections and manual direct credit payments are completed by due dates

Allocating payments – all bacs, cheque and card subscriptions

Issuing manual cheques & CHAPS payments
-
Processing all payment failures
-
Providing assistance with customer subscription and claims payment queries

Re-issuing all stale dated cheques
-
Recovering claims overpayments from both Bupa members and providers

Daily resolution of SWIFT task queues
What you’ll bring:

Previous experience gained within finance environment
-
Experience in processing payments would be an advantage

Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel & Word

Strong attention to detail
