As Cash Collector – Order To Cash you’ll play a crucial part in managing our company’s cash flow by controlling accounts receivables and overseeing the collection process within our global business shared services organization.You’ll be part of a committed team focused on:
- managing the collection process and customer relationships in Poland (~80%) and other countries,
- tracking and collecting payments from customers to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts,
- investigating and managing old debts, including cooperation with legal teams on debt collection,
- maintaining bank contacts and relationships,
- supporting the GBS team with customer statement clearing and other ad hoc tasks,
- collaborating with the GBS team on process improvements.
What you’ll need:
- Successful track record of 3+ years in international cash collector (or similar) roles within multinational companies with best-in-class practices.
- Ability to self-start and self-motivate under very limited supervision, with strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
- Ability to prioritize, switch directions, capability of delivering under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience utilizing relevant tools (e.g. SAP ECC).
- Strong process-orientation and a mindset focused on process improvement.
- Native level of Polish and proficient knowledge of English. Other languages will be an advantage.
