The successful candidate will lead a team of Cash Application Analysts ensuring accurate and timely posting of customer payments. This role requires advanced analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of cash application processes within a global framework.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cash application analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team goals are met.
• Oversee the cash application process to ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments.
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash receipts to customer accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Communicate with global customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all cash application activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cash application function.
• Prepare and present regular reports on cash application performance to senior management.
• Work closely with other departments, such as finance, collections, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable management, preferably within a global or multinational company.
• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in cash application software and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
