- You will process customer payments
- You will ensure that payments are applied according to customer instructions
- You will support the efforts to keep unapplied/unreconciled payments at minimum levels
- You will maintain all General Ledgers fully reconciled
- You will support the monthly closing procedures and AR reserve calculations
- You will support the activities related to financing
- You will develop a good working relationship with all internal and external partners
- You will support Financial and Management reporting
- You will support delivery of accurate weekly cash flow forecast
RequirementsYou’re the person we’re looking for if:
- You have at least a C1 level of English
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
- You have a good command of Excel
- You’re assertive, dynamic, and organized with a methodical approach
- You can handle a high volume transactions (payment negotiations, disputes)
- You have good interpersonal skills and are a real team player
- Any knowledge of ERPs would be a plus
