Job Overview
Join our dynamic Cardiac Theatre team as a vital member dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiac surgical care. In this role, you will support complex cardiac procedures by ensuring a sterile, efficient, and well-coordinated operating environment. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, providing critical support before, during, and after surgeries. Role Highlights:
Assist in advanced cardiac procedures Maintain a sterile and efficient theatre environment Monitor patient vital signs and document care using EMR/EHR systems Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and ICU teams
Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN (UK) Minimum 6 months experience in Cardiac Theatre / Operating Room Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery and aseptic techniques ICU/PICU or trauma experience preferred BLS required ; ACLS desirable
