We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our CAPEX Execution Team within the Engineering & Technology Group. You will report to the Senior CAPEX Manager and be coordinating projects and travelling to dedicated Arla Foods production sites. In this role you can be based near our headquarters in Aarhus or close to Esbjerg.About the roleAs our CAPEX Project Manager you will be responsible for supporting our supply chain organization with world class execution of projects to ensure delivery of initiatives towards new product launches, capacity increases, sustainability and/or cost improvements across our sites in Denmark. Further you will:

• Follow the Arla Foods Stage Model from Explore to Handover including gate approval meetings
• Deliver project on success criteria in terms of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Delivery, Sustainability & Cost
• Execute detailed plans covering scope, milestones, cost, resource, risks and mitigation
• Work with our Procurement department during supplier selection and tendering
• Define and lead project teams with internal & external resources
• Manage change orders through the change request process
• Have close collaboration with the project sponsor
• Communicate and present projects for steerco, project team and key stakeholders
• Ensure construction safety plans are in place at all times
• Coordinate the project with several site functions; Operations, Maintenance, QEHS & Logistics
• Connect all new installations to Arla IT platforms and systems

You will join a passionate team with colleagues and stakeholders locally and globally within Arla. As you will travel to various Arla sites you can expect up to 50 % travel depending on where you are located.Who are youYou are specialized within buildings, automation, process, machines and/or food production with a relevant degree. If you have 2-3 years project management experience or have worked within the food industry, this would be an advantage. You are able to work with new technology and processes with a high degree of complexity. You have exceptional communication skills collaborating with site, suppliers and multiple colleagues across Arla at different organizational levels.
