Scope:

Il ruolo di Capability Support, ha l’obiettivo di supportare e sviluppare le competenze di ruolo di diverse funzioni. Il candidato contribuirà alle attività chiave del team, migliorando le proprie competenze e acquisendo esperienza nel settore farmaceutico.

In this role You will…

  • Collaborare con i Capability Lead ed i responsabili delle varie funzioni per implementare modelli di comunicazione e strumenti di valutazione e di sviluppo delle competenze di ruolo a livello locale.
  • Supportare il team capability nella definizione delle priorità di formazione delle varie strutture.
  • Partecipare alla pianificazione, esecuzione e valutazione di programmi di formazione specifici per migliorare le capability identificate.
  • Fornire supporto operativo al team capability per il progetto Digital BEAT.
  • Identificare e rendere operative modalità di valutazione dell’efficacia dei vari programmi formativi.
  • Collaborare alle varie fasi di gestione della Formazione Finanziata da Fondimpresa.
