In this role, you have the opportunity to

actively develop the capabilities of our global direct and indirect Sales teams globally by designing and managing learning journeys and coordinate the content with subject matter experts. You will be working closely with Product Marketing, Clinical/Commercial Marketing and Business Development across-markets and businesses, in close cooperation with Market Leadership, Business Leadership and Philips University.

Your role:

  • Developing training resources (tools, material, and people) for assigned business and/ or clinical segments working closely with Product Marketing, Clinical/Commercial Marketing and Sales Enablement teams.

  • Developing, embedding, and evolving all measures of performance (KPIs) and their effective reporting related to the capability, including the design and maintenance of dashboards and reporting.

  • Driving cultural change by using learnings & training methods where possible and monitors progress against agreed upon KPIs.

  • Continuous improvement of the learning delivery (e-learning, class, remote, chat, coaching) for all our education modules.

  • New technology to enable training delivery and to sustain the impact of our training effort. Include development of mobile sales enablement solution.

  • Coordinating deployment of all our training modules to our regions in a consistent way to ensure training compliance and certification.

  • Designing and implementing inspiring and scalable learning methods across locations and countries.

  • Sharing best practices and adopts innovative ways to transform the HPM sales channels from product advocates to providing fresh insights and new ideas to resolve customer business issues and ultimately accelerate revenue across products and services.

You are part of

Hospital Patient Monitoring Sales Capabilities team, responsible for driving the co-development and deployment of Philips sales training programs and building the capabilities of our front-line sales colleagues globally.

You are the right fit if:

  • An experienced Learning and Development Professional with an outstanding international commercial background preferably in the Health Care sector and strong affinity for coaching / teaching.

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of related experience and a Master’s degree in Marketing, HR/Training/Adult Education/Instructional Design or equivalent.

  • Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker who takes the initiative to make a positive impact on the organization.

  • Ability to analyze current market, competitive, technical, and societal environments in order to translate opportunities into business successes.

  • Innovative knowledge of effective learning and development methods in clinical context.

  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices.

  • Experience in project management and budgeting.

  • Fluent in German & English, another European language beneficial
