The Campus Operations Manager will perform distribution operations duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of the distribution program. Oversees the planning and controls the flow of materials, products, services and related systems information from point of origin to point of delivery. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, or critical parts availability, material handling, third-party warehousing and shipping/receiving activities. Review impacts to inventory and logistics and develop mitigation strategies to incorporate using root cause, corrective action analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

●    Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals 

●    Identify and address issues that may impact customer satisfaction and work on solutions to improve the overall customer experience

●    Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives in a fast-paced environment with many interdependencies

●    Serve as the main point of contact to support customer queries/problems for daily operations and escalation resolution at site

●    Manage and monitor metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support with process improvements

●    Build and present executive ready presentations and written reports to major stakeholders

●    Work closely with different 3PL and coordinate with key partners on and off-site to establish process improvements

●    Developing mitigation strategies for inventory and logistics impacts

●    Review and update processes and procedures where required with a continuous process improvement mindset 

●    Advising on cost-saving projects and recommending best practices 

●    Create and maintain operational SOPs in regard to process improvement documentation collaborating with 3PL partners and customers to ensure regional consistency in operations, streamline replenishment orders from WH to DC, WH utilization reduction effort

●    Generate reports and dashboards to communicate warehouse performance metrics and insights to stakeholders

●    Manage open items & blockages relating to floor utilization, packaging, and inventory management

●    Troubleshoot and resolve WMS technical issues 

●    Responsible for GUTS ticket/Buganizer routing and resolution

●    Proactively escalate risk delays associated with operations

●    Stay up to date with the latest trends, benchmarks, best practices and advancements in supply chain, including emerging tools, techniques and best practices and proactively apply new knowledge to improve processes


●    Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, related field or equivalent experience

●    5 years logistics, supply chain, large scale warehouse operations or related experience 

●    Experience and knowledge of SAP/WMS systems

●    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis

●    Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results 

●    Risk sensitive, recognizes when problems arise or are likely to arise 

●    Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

●    Proficiency in using Google Suite tools, including Google Sheets, for data analysis and information sharing

●    A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

●    Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
