Type of contract: Fixed-term contract for 12 monthsMcCormick & Company a global leader in flavor, is seeking a full-time employee for the Campaign Specialist, EMEA position at its Headquarters in Poland, Stefanowo.The Campaign Specialist, EMEA, will project manage and traffic 360 campaigns that support business growth across McCormick’s European businesses. This role will monitor project health and keep campaigns moving across briefing, strategy and production phases, while also managing the delivery of all assets to media agencies and channel partners. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and with an eye for creative, this role ensures social, site, display and video assets are delivered on time and in full.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Campaign Process Management: Ensure correct campaign development and execution process is followed to meet agreed-upon timelines. Monitor and report on project health. Keep projects up-to-date in creative team’s project management system, Workfront. Schedule and run weekly cross functional meetings.
• Creative Development: Work with campaign managers to ensure correct collateral is developed for each 360 campaign – which usually consist of more than 150 assets. Assist with the processing and management of Creative Asset Sheet for each campaign. Manage copy translation when needed. Support the creation of production briefs for internal and external designers.
• Creative Delivery: Traffic assets using established process to media agency. Ensure all assets are delivered with appropriate specs, copy, naming structure, etc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Relevant professional experience in marketing, agency experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, design or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience with social media marketing, content and advertising
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in French, Polish, Italian or German will be an asset
• Experience working with creative agencies and/or internal studios
• Experience handling and prioritizing multiple projects across multiple brands/stakeholders
• Experience working with media agencies to deliver creative for a 360 campaign
