We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Business Teacher to join a successful and popular Sixth Form College in Hammersmith for a full-time, permanent position commencing this September.About the College:Our client is a vibrant and oversubscribed Sixth Form College in West London, offering a wide range of academic and vocational courses. The college boasts a dedicated and supportive Business department with excellent facilities and a strong focus on student success.About the Role:You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Business lessons to a diverse range of A-Level students. This includes:

• Planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum aligned with the latest Business specifications.
• Creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment that fosters a deep understanding of business principles.
• Encouraging critical thinking, analytical skills, and commercial awareness in students.
• Contributing to the development of the college’s Business curriculum and resources.
• Supporting and mentoring students to achieve their academic goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A strong track record of delivering high-quality Business education to post-16 students.
• A passion for Business and the desire to inspire a love of the subject in young adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
• The ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that caters to different learning styles.
• A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) in Business is essential.
