Offer DescriptionPurpose of the position? To conduct research at the postdoctoral level: design studies, manage data collection, perform data analyses, academic writing, presentation of the group work at international conferences, etc.Research Topic? Educational assessment and artificial intelligenceObjectives of the positionContribute to the production of top-quality journal and conference publications.
Identify and write proposals for research funding.
Participate in ERLA group activities.
Provide support and advice to PhD students working on similar topics.
Report on progress at meetings and in writing.
Assist in identifying and developing future research and funding initiatives.
Engage in the dissemination of the research results.
Principal Investigator? Fernando Diez. However, the postdoctoral researcher would work under the supervision of Ernesto Panadero, Ikerbasque Research Professor.We offer? Duration. The contract will be for 3 years.? Amount and terms of payment. An allocation of 32,985.15 to 42,000 gross euros per year will be granted, distributed into 15 monthly installments, depending on the candidate s experience.? Terms. The contract with the University of Deusto will fall under the associate researcher/investigador/a asociado/a category.RequirementsResearch Field Educational sciences Education Level PhD or equivalentSpecific RequirementsQualifications required? PhD degree. Applicants who completed their PhD from 2019 onwards are welcome.Other valuable aspects? Experience with mixed methods with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research? Track record of publications in reputed journals in the educational psychology and education fields? Previous experience working with process data (e.g., eye-tracking, physiological data)?
