Are you an Automotive fan? Would you like to be part of a renowned Automotive company, applying your professional skills and gain experience? Then we might be looking for you!

How will your job look like:

• Retaining and supporting the final customers from local market according to the required languages;

• Interfacing with the automotive house and dealers, guaranteeing constant and accurate updating;

• Ongoing monitoring of assigned objectives;

• Taking required corrective and improvement actions agreed with the supervisor.

  Who are you?

  We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to customer care and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Advisor has a Bachelor’s in Economics, Communication or Humanities, as well as:

• Computer literacy, especially MS Office

• Full Italian proficiency, fluent level of English and Spanish

• Previous experience in Customer Care (front-desk or back-office) will be a great plus

  Working Pattern:

  · Rome

  · Monday – Friday

  · 40 hours per week
