SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)

Job Purpose

Door middel van CAD-CAM workstations files genereren die in het globale productieproces van het vervaardigen van stencils gebruikt kunnen worden.

Job Responsibilities
-Ontwerpen van productiefiles d.m.v. CAD-CAM workstation die de laser- of de freesmachine aansturen.
-Klanten advies geven i.v.m. stencil design tijdens het SMT process
-Bedienen van de laser voor het produceren van SMT-stencils
-Bedienen van de frees machine voor het vervaardigen van step stencils
-Kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren van de geproduceerde stencils d.m.v. inspectie- en meetmachine
-Up to date houden van het I-Stencil productiedatabase.
-Verpakken van de stencils zodat ze verzendklaar zijn
-Verzendpapieren opmaken voor stencils
-Basisonderhoud laser- en freesmachine uitvoeren
-Alle verder op de afdeling voorkomende werkzaamheden. Ook kunnen projectmatige, niet-routine werkzaamheden ten gepaste tijden noodzakelijk zijn.
-Net houden van de werkplek/-omgeving zodat er veilig gewerkt kan worden
 

Belangrijkste bevoegdheden:

-Goed- of afkeuren van SMT Stencils d.m.v. de verschillende inspectiemethodes
-I-Stencil productiedatabase up to date houden
-Melden van onveilige/ongezonde werksituatie’s, alsook collega’s aanspreken op ongewenst of onveilig gedrag

Requirements & Qualifications
-Er wordt interne opleiding voorzien voor alle noodzakelijke vaardigheden.
-Kennis van het SMT-proces is een pluspunt
-Kennis van de verschillende productieprocessen
-Affiniteit met PC en softwareprogramma’s. Intern is er een opleiding voorzien om met de specifieke programma’s om te gaan.
-Bedienen van de laser- en freesmachine.
-Kunnen werken met de verschillende inspectie- en meetinstrumenten
-Talenkennis: goede kennis Nederlands/Engels is noodzakelijk. Basiskennis Frans/Duits of andere talen is een pluspunt.
