We help retailers to anticipate change before it happens, so merchandise is available, associates are informed and empowered, and shoppers can safely engage with flexibility and ease.CAD EngineerPurposeThe CAD Engineer is responsible for planning, development, designing and manufacturing of products and systems using software programs.Key responsibilities

• Design product constructions (efficient in production and cost) according to specification
• Design 2D/3D product data records in coordination with the Design Engineer
• Design CAD-models and drawings in accordance with customer specific requirements and JC standard
• Prepare bill of material for the implementation
• Construct studies for package, layout, and cinematics
• Communicate with JC-internal interfaces/ departments (Testing, Prototyping, Structure mechanic)
• Prepares complex technical drawings and plans to show detail and method of assembly. Estimates the material required based on the drawings. Indicates dimensions and fastening requirements
• Evaluated in context of the standard size. Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area.
• Explains facts, practices, policies, etc. to primarily others internally
• Regularly correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes. Makes minor changes. Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as party of day-to-day activities
• Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas
• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline integrating theory and principles with organizational practices
