Job Duties/Responsibilities
-Ability to make decisions independently.
-Be available for call out. Work with construction department.
-Must comply with all safety rules.
-Operate company vehicles, including those weighing over 26,000 pounds
-Must be able to work in confined spaces.
-Working in Underground Network System
-Able to to identify colors, red,blue,white, green
-Able to work 16 hours continuously
-Must be able to lift heavy objects.
-Able to work rough terrain.
-Ability to work safe at all times.

Work as a team player, willingness to continually improve skills and to obey all safety rules.
Minimum Qualifications
-High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
-Must be able to drive different sizes and types of trucks.
-Must be able to read and understand job prints and sketches.
-Must have no fear of heights, and/or climbing.
-Must have or able to obtain a valid MS class A CDL License
-Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
-Must have physical strength and endurance for arduous labor in all kinds of outdoor weather and conditions.
-Must be willing to work irregular hours as required and in all types of conditions.
-Must be able to receive, understand and transmit orders with clarity. Must be able to learn and obey all safety rules and regulations of the Company.
-Understand the need and importance of rendering and maintaining first class, courteous service to all our customers.
-Must be near, clean and orderly in appearance.
-Must be willing to maintain and care for Company equipment properly and safeguards assets.
Company Testing
Successful completion of the EEI CAST test.

EEI Testing:
One way that Entergy has found to identify and assess the abilities and skills needed for certain jobs is through pre-employment testing. If this position does require an EEI test, the type of test will be located under the qualifications section of the job posting. If you are invited to a test session, we strongly recommend you review and complete the practice test as well as review the testing brochure for your respective test. The test brochure will give you critical information on the test such as time allocated and number of questions. Also, keep in mind that the actual test is timed; you should practice timing yourself while doing the practice tests.
