Time On-Site: 100%Total Scope of the request (hours): 836Required Start Date: 27 January 2025End Contract Date: 31 December 2025Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRETDuties and Role:Under the direction of the Senior Engineer, the incumbent will perform duties such as the following:

• Enforce the NIMSC Technical Documents review cycle, which also requires to act as the secretary for the Quality Review Board and publish the final documents;
• Organize the NIMSC Engineering SharePoint Portal and analyse the validity of the existing documents;
• Create and Maintain the necessary NIMSC Engineering Document Templates
• Maintain the Requirements Database in JIRA – R4J Module
• Maintain and review the export templates for JIRA – R4J Module
• Enforce the Requirements review cycle, which also requires to act as the secretary for the NIMSC Modularity Change Approval Board

RequirementsSkill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Formal Training in Systems Engineering or Models Based Systems Engineering (e.g. INCOSE certification).
• Training and demonstrable experience in Atlassian JIRA and in Hexygen R4J JIRA Extension. Exceptionally, the lack of formal training may be compensated by the demonstration of proven proficiency in this area.
• Training and Experience in MS Word Template Design and in Word Macro Design.
• Training and Experience in MS Excel Macro Design
• Training and Experience in SharePoint Design
