C-arm and X-ray Application Consultant – EMEA

Reports to:
EMEA Service Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated C-arm and X-ray Application Consultant to join a regional imaging team. This role serves as a bridge between advanced imaging technology and healthcare providers, ensuring optimal use of C-arm systems. It combines technical expertise, clinical knowledge, and strong customer support skills to assist distributors, train end users, and contribute to product optimization. The consultant may also support the Digital Radiology (DR) applications team when needed across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical and clinical support to distributors and end users on C-arm imaging applications.
* Conduct on-site and remote system demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow guidance for radiology staff and distributor teams.
* Assist distributors in resolving application-related questions and troubleshooting to ensure seamless customer support.
* Analyze customer workflows and recommend optimal system configurations to improve efficiency, image quality, and clinical outcomes.
* Collaborate with sales, service, and R&D teams to relay distributor and customer feedback for product enhancements.
* Prepare and deliver product presentations, user manuals, and training materials for distributors and end users.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, clinical protocols, and emerging imaging technologies.
* Participate in product launches, workshops, and ongoing education initiatives for distributors and healthcare providers.
* Self-train on software updates and new features.
* Provide pre-sales support to partners and channel managers.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Expert knowledge of C-arm imaging systems and medical imaging software.
* Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with distributor teams and clinical stakeholders.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel to distributor and customer sites as required, up to 70% travel
