Buyer / Health & Safety Co-ordinator

Location : North Walsham

Salary: A£30,000 – A£35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)

Our client is a well respected engineering company, specialising in the Animal Feed and Flour Milling industries. They are seeking to reinforce their office based administration team.

The Role

* Buying raw materials direct from suppliers, raising orders and maintaining ordering systems.
* Health & Safety responsibilities and administration.
* Improving and maintaining a quality management system to ensure compliance with UKCA certification.

Skills and Qualifications

* Engineering and manufacturing knowledge preferred.
* Computer literate with experience in Word and Excel Spreadsheets an advantage.
* Must be able to work to deadlines with good communication skills via telephone and email.
