We are seeking a polished and versatile Butler and F&B Attendant to deliver an exclusive, high-touch experience within a premium guest environment. This dual-focused role blends the personalized care of a butler with the precision of fine dining service, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, discreet, and tailored to individual preferences.

As the primary liaison for distinguished guests, you will anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and operational excellence. Your role is pivotal in creating a refined atmosphere where guests feel valued, comfortable, and effortlessly attended to.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist high-profile guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency upon arrival and departure.
* Provide bespoke, discreet service that aligns with each guest’s unique preferences and requirements.
* Manage guest comfort, including assistance with luggage, seating, and personal arrangements.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all premium services, amenities, and terminal offerings to provide accurate and insightful guidance.
* Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, housekeeping, guest relations) to ensure a flawless and cohesive experience.
* Prepare and present food and beverages with elegance and precision, adhering to luxury service standards.
* Ensure impeccable quality, hygiene, and presentation in all dining offerings.
* Master the menu, including detailed descriptions, ingredients, and pairing suggestions, to guide guest selections.
* Set up, maintain, and clean dining stations, ensuring they are fully stocked and visually appealing.
* Monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages or supply needs to management in a timely manner.
* Comply with all food safety and health regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
* Review daily schedules (e.g., flight timings, guest arrivals) to anticipate and prepare for guest needs.
* Address guest requests promptly and resolve concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
* Support colleagues during peak periods, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.
* Assist in event preparation, including exhibitions, special gatherings, or terminal upkeep.
* Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of all service areas, ensuring they reflect luxury standards.
* Document and relay guest feedback, incidents, or service issues to supervisors for continuous improvement.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational and guest service goals.

Key Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in high-end hospitality, with a preference for candidates with backgrounds in:
* Luxury hotels (5-star or boutique)
* Upscale dining establishments
* VIP or concierge service environments
* Experience in both guest services and F&B operations is highly advantageous.
