Responsibilities of the Business Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Business Studies lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where students feel confident to explore business concepts and develop their entrepreneurial skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress in Business Studies, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and departmental resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the business world and incorporate real-world examples into your teaching.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Business Studies teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Business Studies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
