What You’ll Build

-Run approval process for customer-specific development contracts and ensure compliance with applicable internal guidelines and policies
-Document approval decisions as well as conditions of approval
-Assist in executing downstream process that ensures creation of required infrastructure for signed customer-specific development contracts
-Support in compliance monitoring of running projects
-Provide business insights and support in preparing reporting for CIS Monthly Business Review Meetings 
 

What You’ll Bring

-Academic degree, preferably in Business Administration.
-Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
-Excellent English skills, written and verbal
-High degree of flexibility and integrity
-Strong customer focus, teamwork and collaboration.
-Drive for results – self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude
-Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and commitment
-Ability to work independently and in a virtual team (intercultural skills)
-Ideally working experience in an Operations role
-Process Management Affinity

We are looking for a Business Support Associate to strengthen the CIS Operations Team.
