Salary range: £34,770 – £35,862 pro rata per annum (actual salary £13,908 – £14,344 per annum) (plus Weekend Enhancement)
Work location: Charing Cross Hospital. Fulham Palace Road, London W6 8RF, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, Fulham Road, London SW10 9NH and St Mary’s Hospital, Praed Street, London W2 1NY
Hours per week: 14.40 (Weekends only)
Contract type: Temporary up to 12 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer, to work within the 3 borough Hospital Social Work Team, you will support the safe and timely discharge of people from an acute hospital. We provide a 7-day service, but this is a weekend role, which will require you to work Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm, we need a flexible individual to achieve the smooth running of our service.
This role will be predominantly mailbox and phone based; however, you will carry out various administrative tasks including entering and updating client details on IT systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Previous phone/customer service experience and administration is essential, and you will have excellent interpersonal/communication and IT skills.
You will need to enjoy a challenge and be able to work individually and as part of a fast-paced team, as well as having the ability to work under your own initiative.
