Our client is a specialist in the insurance sector. They are looking for a business analyst to join their team.Within the IT department, you are the point of contact with the company.You assist the company in effectively using their applications.You support the company’s processes and organize training sessions if necessary.You make proposals to improve/optimize processes and/or applications in collaboration with Business Analysts.You ensure that the company understands and correctly uses various operational processes.You work closely with project managers and Business Analysts.

You assist different departments and teams in completing their tasks related to business processes and management applications.You create test scenarios and participate in testing new developments.You provide training during the implementation of new processes or application developments.You regularly evaluate existing processes and applications critically, in response to the needs of the company and/or IT.IT Business Analyst position in the Insurance sector ! |Rapidly growing company, international and innovative environment !You hold a Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification through experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• You have technical knowledge of Belgian life insurance products, particularly the second pillar and branch 23.
• Knowledge of non-life products is an advantage.
• You have experience using CRM, brokerage software, and insurance management applications.
• Experience in training is an advantage. You are fluent in Dutch and French.
• You have good proficiency with MS Office products.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling is a plus
