Interim Managers are experts in their field (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, General Management, Legal, Sales & Marketing, ICT, PMO, Project Management) who support businesses for temporary projects, both in the context of business continuity and within a change management context. To support the further growth of Management Resources in Belgium, we are looking for a Business Solutions Manager to strengthen our team in Liège.What will you do?

• You are a strong business partner who can build sufficient credibility at the executive level by understanding and analyzing the needs of the business in the short and long term

• You have the ambition to become the trusted advisor of your clients, being their first choice for support in new projects

• You use your experience to identify potential project needs and offer the best solution to your client by deploying the right Interim Manager

• In addition to the initial pipeline of business assigned to you during your training, it is important that you develop a broad network and build quality professional relationships with clients through active prospecting with their Senior Management (C-level)

• You work closely with our Talent Solutions Manager, who is responsible for the follow-up of our interim managers, but you also identify, select, and meet interim managers yourself to maintain a good understanding of the market and better comprehend your clients’ challenges

• You ensure a high-quality collaboration between all parties by closely monitoring each project. You are the single point of contact for your client regarding all interim management matters, and you personally oversee each project from start to finish

• We encourage you to participate in professional networking events, and we provide full support for your involvement

Who are you?

• You preferably have a background in an economic field
• You have extensive expertise in a business environment or in a similar role
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. The knowledge of Dutch is an asset
• You are analytical and critically minded, with strong judgement
• You possess excellent communication and commercial skills, and you are service-oriented
• You have a sales-minded approach and want to improve your skills in this area
