Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Service Coordinator to oversee our cleaning operations across various premises, including offices, production sites, and employee welfare areas. This role involves guiding and supervising a team of cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and training to cleaning staff on effective cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.
  • Assign cleaning tasks and conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure standards are met.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling and attendance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address specialized cleaning needs and promptly resolve facility-related issues.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Solid knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Danish or Portuguese is beneficial.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience in roles such as Cleaning Team Lead, Head Housekeeper, or Lead Janitor; alternatively, 5 years of general cleaning experience without management responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Expertise in using cleaning equipment and understanding safety precautions associated with their operation.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks across diverse facility environments.
  • Basic skills in repairs and maintenance, including the use of basic tools, are desirable.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as per roster requirements.
  • Possession of a Danish driving license and the legal right to live and work in Denmark.
