Therefore, this job isn’t for everyone; it’s for ‘the one.”We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager, to join our team in Horsens, who shares this vision and is ready to enhance our internal relationships and drive business growth within DSV Global Equipment Services.Your Role:As the Business Relationship Manager, you will be the vital link between DSV Global Equipment Services and our internal stakeholders, particularly within the DSV traffic departments. Your focus will be on understanding their needs, communicating how GES can meet these needs, and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to mutual success.If you are the one, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within DSV, aligning our services with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Resolve issues proactively, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Engage in networking activities, promoting our services and building our brand.

Who We Are Looking For:We seek an experienced professional who:

  • Knows DSV inside and out, with 7+ years of experience, preferably in a commercial Team Lead or Manager role.
  • Has experience with DSV traffic departments and GES trailers – this is an advantage.
  • Communicates effectively in English and engages well with diverse teams.
  • Is proactive and confident, with a talent for identifying opportunities and driving business development.
  • Is a natural networker, willing to travel (about 2 weeks per month) to build and maintain relationships.
