We are looking for one talented individual to join a team of experts to help shaping improved Payments Exception Processes for Financial institutions. This includes the introduction of ISO 20022 standards and the extension of the Swift’s Case Management solution to introduce smart routing and orchestration for Swift and non-Swift flows.The Transaction Management tribe is responsible for delivering the new rails for instant and frictionless cross-border payments. It supports the adoption of richer and structured payment data by the community through the introduction of ISO 20022. The tribe is also responsible for maintaining the existing payment services portfolio and delivering new value across existing and new customer solutions, such as gpi, pre-validation, Case Management and Swift Go.As a Business Product Manager, you will be responsible of working closely with customers, business experts, technical experts and strategy to develop your product/service. You will manage the business end – defining the value proposition, writing business cases, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading the marketing of your product. Together with the product owner you’ll be in charge of defining the product’s vision – designing the features, the roadmap and the requirements. Finally, you will analyse the usage of your product to inform product direction and new use cases.As a Business Product Manager you will:Drive the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction and strategyWork in close relationship with the customers to shape the product’s vision thanks to your excellent knowledge of the market and the products you manageDrive market community readiness looking at all relevant customer touch points (technology, change management, usage)Keep abreast of trends in the industry and share information with other divisions/departments
