Job Overview
Program Management Services is looking for a Network Deployment Lead (NDL), an important role collaborating with both buyer and supplier customers on efforts that enable interaction via the SAP Business Network. The Network Deployment Lead partners with each Customer to create a specific strategy that will allow them to reach their goals. The Network Enablement Lead educates the customer on SAP Business Network functionality and supplier enablement best practices, assists with the creation of a communication and education package for suppliers and is responsible for the successful execution of the on boarding program, in time and at cost. The role will be based out of Czech Republic (Prague Office)

WHAT YOU´LL DO

-The Network Deployment Lead drives the following activities related to customer-trading partner relationships on the SAP Business Network, including but not limited to:
-Simultaneously manage multiple customer accounts, supporting multiple SAP Business Network products
-Is accountable for executing against the project timeline while meeting both customer and SAP goals and objectives
-Supports growing the SAP Business Network and expanding market penetration
-Maintains strong customer focus (external and internal) at all times
-Network and collaborate with other team members in the successful execution of customer projects
-Interacts with both the buyer organisations, implementation partners, and their trading partners providing education and training on the value of the SAP Business Network
-Serves as a knowledge expert and communicates opportunities to bring business impacting value to customers on the SAP Business Network
-Act as a trusted advisor and provide consultation to the portfolio in order to drive both Network Growth and Solution adoption.
-Reports to stakeholders (internal/external) regarding progress on project initiatives
-Actively identifies, contributes to and facilitates continuous improvement and best practice efforts, both internally and externally
-Appropriately identifies issues, potential risks and opportunities while working with a high degree of autonomy to address, escalate or handover within and across teams as appropriate
 

WHAT YOU BRING:

-Bachelor’s Degree
-5+ years previous experience in Customer facing roles, Project Management (PMP or Prince 2 is preferred), Account Management, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Technology or similar role
-Experience in customer consultation
-Knowledge of AI, e-commerce and or SAP Business Network solutions
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, Power Point, Project)
-Fluency in English and Italian
-Competencies & Personal Attributes
-Planning and organizing, project management
-Ability to multi-task and set priorities
-Work well under the pressures of time and uncertainty
-Ability to work under remote supervision
-Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
-Customer focused
-Pro-active work ethic and strong initiative
-Commercial exposure
-Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Experience in end-user training and change management a plus
